villa tapis
A contemporary translation of the modernist feeling in soft wool, that’s what Villa Tapis is all about. This eye catching carpet is produced by the Belgian company Bomat. The geometric design is based on an interior in Villa Cavrois, a modernist house designed by architect Robert Mallet-Stevens. The focus is on color, texture and experience. Differentiated pile heights provide a difference in experience per colour area and enhance the composition.
The colour palette is composed of colours from the Le Corbusier range. The carpet adds instant fun to a room. It is made of 100% New-Zealand wool and is tufted by hand. The dimensions are 180 x 250 cm. Other colour combinations are available as well.
Villa Tapis can be purchased from the shop page.
