The formerly plain white kitchen in Femke and Joram’s home underwent a complete transformation, fully tailored to the clients’ needs. A checkerboard floor was introduced in both the kitchen and the adjoining hallway, adding rhythm and character to the space. The cabinetry along the cooking zone was extended up to the ceiling, creating visual calm and additional storage.
A palette of light yellow, stainless steel and petrol blue brings warmth and depth. The tiled backsplash adds another layer. The light blue kitchen island was extended with curved open shelves, softening its presence in the space and improving the overall flow through the kitchen.
